A few weeks ago, Dr Marika and myself, attended a weekend conference in sunny Sydney. The conference touched on topics such as eye disease, epilepsy, cancer treatment and rehabilitation. From the time we arrived in Sydney, to the time we got back on the plane, the weekend was non-stop!
When we arrived at the conference, we were greeted by a buffet of food before hearing from some world renowned speakers. After the day of lectures, we were then treated to a gala dinner where we got to hear about the latest product which will be launched in Australia later this year. This new product will become the most complete parasite preventative we will have available to date. Want more information? Stay tuned to our facebook page over the coming months.
The gala dinner was a light show spectacular with aerial acrobatics, glow in the dark performances and hosted by Shelly Craft.
The next day was a day of workshops. We were spoilt for choice with over 6 workshops being available. Dr Marika attended an oncology workshop to learn more about how better to help our pets fighting cancer. I attended a rehabilitation work shop which went through improving muscle rehabilitation post-surgery.
After a long busy weekend, it was safe to say that both of us were exhausted and enjoyed the sleep back on the plane.
